finding iron..my experiment
So i’m going to try something…I’m going to find some old iron nails and apples. I’m not sure but i might be low on iron. Sooo after cleaning those nails of rust im going stick them in the apples for a few days so the acidity of the iron is broken down enough to where it will get into my system easier. Since iron supplements are crap.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
